If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items from our Dog Treats collection
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and approved, we will carefully inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
